The residence is located in Pinzolo, via Nepuceno Bolognini, civic numbers 88, 90 and 92, near the suburban bus stop.

It is 200 metres away from the ski lift system Sky area Pinzolo, Madonna di Campiglio Folgarida e Marileva (150 km of connected slopes for skiing from Madonna di Campiglio to Pinzolo, in the largest ski area of Trentino), 300 metres away from a supermarket and 400 metres away from the centre of the town.

All of these are easily reachable by walking down a short sidewalk.

The recreation park of the town can be reached by following the flat cycling lane, nearby the condominium, for about 1,5 km, or simply by crossing the residential area.
